This course is suitable for anyone involved in planning, implementing, maintaining, supervising, or auditing an ISO 22000 food safety management system. Prior review of the ISO 22001 standard and understanding of auditing principles are recommended prerequisites.
Course Materials:
Soft Copy: Students receive an email with instructions to access the online Student Handbook.
Note: Copies of standards are not included in the class fee, but QESH will make efforts to provide loaner copies.
Course Logistics:
For Live Online classes, students need internet access, a webcam, and a microphone. Sessions are in GMT +1.
For In-person classes, students are encouraged to bring laptops and picture IDs for verification.
Session lengths vary based on class discussions.
Full Day Classes: Five eight-hour sessions, with online exams at the end of each competency unit.
Half Day Classes (Live Online): Ten four-hour sessions, with online exams at the end of each competency unit.
Certificates of Attainment or Attendance are provided based on students’ performance in exams, with opportunities for retakes.
